Larry Rose

Larry Rose, 60, of Pineville, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2008 at his home. He was born in Pineville on November 12, 1947 a son of the late Richard and Gracie Asher Rose. He worked in maintenance at the Bell County High School and had worked in the coal mines for over 19 years. He was believer in the Holiness Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Henry Rose, Martha Neal, Harold Rose and Heidi Warren.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Rosemary Lane Rose of Pineville, sons, Larry Lynn Rose of Pineville and Russell Rose of London, grandchildren, Larry Lynn Rose, Jr., Jacob Rose and Lindsi Rose; brothers and sisters, Gaston and Mary Rose of Danville, Faye and Don Mills of Middleburg, FL, Norma and Robert Daniels, Shelby Township, MI, Roy and Brenda Rose of Taylor MI, Raymond and Linda Rose of Taylor, MI, Jerry and Mary Hazel Rose of Pineville and Cindy and Mike Wilson of Lexington; sisters-in-law, Joyce Lane and Hannah and Raymond Browning; brothers-in-law, John Lane and Edward and Jennifer Lane and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Information

Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Tingle. Music will be by Edith Griffin. Burial will be in the Rose Family Cemetery, Pineville. Pallbearers will be Terry Hoskins, Danny Johnson, Max Graves, John Hoskins, Scott Browning and John D. Lane.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 PM Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
