Wade Bryant

Wade Bryant Wade Bryant, 59, of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born on January 5, 1950 at Little Creek a son of Ruby Brummett Bryant and the late Eugene Bryant. He believed in the Holiness Faith, had been a coal miner for Eastover Mining Company for over 20 years and was a member of the Southern Labor Union. He was a great daddy and a wonderful papaw.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Eugene and Reva Saylor.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Barbara Saylor Bryant, daughter and special son-in-law, Tracy and Tim Gent, son, Michael W. Bryant, two very special granddaughters, Myra and Megan Gent, mother, Ruby Bryant of Gray, KY; brother, Marion and Connie Bryant of Gray, KY; special uncle, Warner Brummett of Indianapolis, IN and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Information
Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Jordan Lee Saylor, Rev. George Neal, Rev. Lonnie Surgener, Rev. Richard Asher, and Rev. Ronnie Hoskins. Music will be by Emma Brummett, Vicky Surgener, Sheila Saylor, Larry Brock, Janeen Lawson and Demus Couch. Burial will be in the Saylor Cemetery at Simms Fork. Pallbearers will be Ricky Saylor, Wayne Saylaor, Tim Gent, Michael Bryant, Steve Bryant, Marion Bryant, Harold Collett, Bobby Brummett and Kinomos Brummett. Special thanks to Nurses, Diane York, Vicky Surgener and Dialysis Nurse, Lisa Smith.
The family will receive friends after 12 Noon Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
