Cecille Simmons Willoughby

December 23, 1922 - January 03, 2012

Cecille Simmons Willoughby 89 of Richmond, died on January 3, 2012, of prolonged complications following a stroke in September, 2010.

Survivors include her daughters, Kaye Woolum of Pineville, KY and Mona Cho of Sarasota, Fl; sister, Billie Lee of Lexington, KY; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral Information

A private family service will be held at a later date.
