Juanita Marie Blevins Juanita Marie Howard Blevins, 88, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2009 at the Pineville Community Hospital. She was born in Stoney Fork on June 11, 1921 a daughter of the late Clell and Susie Brock Howard. A homemaker, she was a believer in the Holiness Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Talton Blevins, daughter, Victoria Blevins; grandchildren, Channing Matthew Blevins, John Michael Jones, Roland Blevins and Jessica Brock and a host of brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Ronnie and Terry Blevins of Jenson, James and Sherry Blevins of Stoney For, Wanda and Jimmy Neal of Fayetteville, WV, Martine and Van Johnson of Straight Creek, Regina and Tom Sizemore of Arjay and Haze and Deloris Blevins of Berea; thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Information
Services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Johnson and Rev. George Neal. Music will be by friends.
Burial will be in Pinelawn Memorial Gardens, Pineville with Danny Johnson, Van Johnson, Jr., Josh Johnson, Paul Michael Johnson, Ryan Blevins, Ken Neal and Matthew Brock serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Charles Saylor.
The family will receive friends after 6 Pm Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Blevins Family.
