Vanessa Nicole Moore Asher Vanessa Nicole Moore Asher, 27, of Clear Creek, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2009 in Pineville. She was born in Middlesboro on September 2, 1981 the daughter of Sheryl Roy Marcum. She was a member of the Green Camp Pentecostal Church and had been a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Joshua Lewis Moore.
Survivors include her husband of 9 years, Luke Asher, daughters, Leslie Nicole Asher, Leah Marie Belle Asher and Rachel Emalynn Asher; mother and step-father, Sheryl and John Marcum, brother and his wife, Jason Lee and Shanita Moore; niece and nephew, Ethan and Jasciana; grandparents, Don and Georgia Roy, step-brothers and sister, John Marcum, II, Timothy Marcum and Brittany Marcum, parents-in-law, Paul and Carolyn Asher, sisters-in-law, Peggy Barnett, Paula Frye and Caroline Rice; aunt, Karen Clouse and her children, Jamie and Jackie Ellis and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Information
Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Arnett & Steel e Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Wagner. Music will be by Seth Carmichael and Paul Asher. Burial will be in the Gibson Cemetery at Clear Creek. Pallbearers will be David Barnett, Jamie Frye, Bobby Asher, Jason Moore, John Marcum, II, Timothy Marcum, Michael Russell and Jeff Roy.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 9 PM Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
