Azzlee Wilson

Azzlee Wilson, 89, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2009 at Britthaven of Pineville. Born October 20, 1919 in Brush Creek, KY, she was the daughter of the late Steve Dan and Nancy Jane Cassidy Hembree. A believer in the Baptist faith, she had been a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Reed Wilson, daguther, Doris Jean Wilson, grandson, Richard Wilson, brothers and sisters, Bessie Wilson, Carry Wilson, Mossy Massengil, Ethel Sowders, James Hembree , Leslie Hembree and Albert Hembree.
Survivors include her children, Steve Dan Wilson and wife, Mona, Barbara Ellen Carroll and husband, Earl, Freddie Wayne Wilson and wife, Faye and Lonnie Reed Wilson, Sr. and wife, Faye a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Information

Services were at 2:00 PM Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Clint Goodin and Rev. J.J. Sherrill. Music was by Lisa Kersey. Burial was in the Wilson Cemetery with grandsons and great-grandsons serving as pallbearers.
