McKinley

McKinley "MC" Warren, 85 of Speedwell, TN passed away Tuesday January 10, 2012 at his home. He was born in Knox County on July 5, 1926 as son of the late William and Laura Hubbard Warren. He believed in the pentecostal faith and had worked for L&N Railroad as a trackman.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Cora Carnes Warren; son, MC Warren, Jr.; grandson, Kevin Wayne Smith; sisters, Sudie, Louise, Allie, Martha, Rosie and 5 brothers.

He is survived by his children and their spouses, Henry Wayne Warren, Ronnie and Angela Warren, Diane Violet, Gayle and Roger Wilder and Karen and Daryl Bailey who was a special son-in-law; six grandchildren, Shanda, Danielle, Christopher, Jacob, Roger Scott, and Courtney and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Information

Services will be 2 PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Johnson and Rev. Johnny Parker. Music will be by Gary and Julie Wagner, Susan Parker and Harvest Time House of Prayer Choir. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens with Daryl Bailey, Roger Wilder, Bill Henderson, Christopher Warren, Jacob Warren and Roger Scott Wilder serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Amedisys workers, Amanda, Dorothy, Jenny, Michelle, Samantha, and Richie and Hospice workers.

The family will recieve friends from 2 until 9 PM Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Warren Family.
